BSA Snowboarding Australian Development Team Rider update: LAUREN STAVELEY

I have been competing for the last week on the Aussie scene in both the Ripcurl Freeride Pro and the Australian Junior Series. Which has been really fun.

In the freeride I placed first in the girls 12-15 years division, it was a really fun event. I didnt really know what to expect as I’ve never done a freeride comp before, but I’m super stoked on how much fun it was, even with the foggy weather.

In the Junior Series I competed in both the Slopestyle and the Halfpipe in the 12-15 years division. The slope was a sick set up and I ended up placing 3rd, and in the pipe I had two great runs and took 1st. combine with my 1st from the Boardercross which was a few weeks ago at Thredbo I was able to take 1st for the overall of the Australian junor series which I’m so happy with. So all in all a really fun week
